Reticle Plotter is a ballistic reticle mapping and calculation tool provided for informational, educational, and recreational use only.

By using the Service, you agree to use it lawfully, responsibly, and only in accordance with these Terms.

The Service provides calculations, estimates, visualisations, and reference outputs only.

We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, reliability, or suitability of any result for any specific rifle, optic, air rifle, firearm, ammunition, range condition, or real-world scenario.

You are solely responsible for independently verifying all outputs before relying on them.

The Service is not a safety system and must not be relied upon as a substitute for competent judgement, safe handling practices, formal instruction, or lawful use procedures.

Shooting activities, optics setup, ballistic estimation, and holdover use involve inherent risk. Incorrect assumptions, inaccurate inputs, environmental changes, equipment variation, or misuse may lead to property damage, serious injury, or death.

You are solely responsible for ensuring safe use of any firearm, air rifle, optic, ammunition, and related equipment, and for complying with all applicable laws, rules, regulations, and range procedures.

You are solely responsible for all data entered into the Service, including but not limited to velocity, zero distance, ballistic coefficient, calibre, scope values, environmental assumptions, and target distances.

You are also solely responsible for interpreting the output, deciding whether it is appropriate for your intended use, and confirming any result through safe and independent testing.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Reticle Plotter and its owners, operators, licensors, and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive loss, damage, cost, injury, or claim arising from or related to use of the Service.

This includes, without limitation, any loss or damage arising from inaccurate calculations, incorrect mapping, export or print errors, reliance on outputs, service interruption, user error, third-party failures, equipment misuse, or any injury, death, or property damage associated with use of the Service.

The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

If you create an account, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity carried out under your account.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that we reasonably believe are being used unlawfully, abusively, or in breach of these Terms.

We may allow you to save sessions, configurations, ballistic profiles, or other app data. We do not guarantee permanent availability, uninterrupted access, or error-free storage.

You are responsible for keeping your own backups of any information important to you.

All software, branding, content, design, layout, graphics, and functionality of the Service are owned by or licensed to Reticle Plotter and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, reproduce, modify, reverse engineer, redistribute, or commercially exploit any part of the Service except as permitted by law or with our prior written permission.

We may modify, suspend, restrict, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time, with or without notice.

We may also update ballistic models, feature access, pricing, and technical behaviour without guaranteeing backward compatibility.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Your continued use of the Service after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any dispute arising in connection with them shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
